Our History
Founded in 2010, the Kraze Fastpitch Organization has grown into one of the most respected and stable travel softball programs in Central New Jersey. Today, Kraze proudly fields teams from 8U through 23U, providing a complete developmental path for athletes at every stage of their softball journey.
From the beginning, our founders envisioned a program that blended high-level softball with real-world affordability. That’s why Kraze offers many of the same advantages as higher-profile organizations—quality facilities, experienced instruction, and strong competition—at a fraction of the cost.
But Kraze is about more than softball.
We are committed to creating an environment where athletes can develop their skills, build real confidence, and grow as people, not just players. Our coaches emphasize fundamentals, game IQ, and preparation, while also teaching respect, accountability, and team-first mentality.
At Kraze Fastpitch, we:
Compete hard, but always with integrity
Focus on player development over short-term wins
Teach athletes to respect the game, their teammates, opponents, and officials
Strive to build strong, confident young women who carry these lessons into life beyond the field
Kraze Fastpitch is where competitive softball and character development come together.
Our Mission
Our mission is to develop complete athletes—physically, mentally, and personally—through competitive fastpitch softball.
We are dedicated to:
Providing high-level instruction in a structured, competitive environment
Maintaining quality facilities and a cost-conscious model so more families can participate
Instilling a culture of fair play, sportsmanship, and respect
Teaching the values of commitment, hard work, excellence, sacrifice, and teamwork
Our goal is to prepare every athlete to reach her full potential on the field and in life—to be the best she can be as both a person and a player
Our Vision
Our vision is to be the premier player-development program in Central New Jersey—recognized not just for winning games, but for building outstanding young women.
We strive to:
Create a long-term development pathway from 8U through 23U
Be a trusted partner for families, schools, and colleges looking for players with strong character and strong fundamentals
Foster a program culture where athletes:
Respect the game and everyone involved
Embrace competition as a chance to grow
Take pride in representing Kraze on and off the field
Continue to evolve our training, facilities, and opportunities while keeping our core values—integrity, effort, and team-first attitude—at the center of everything we do
Ultimately, we envision Kraze athletes leaving our program as:
Confident competitors
Responsible teammates
Leaders in their schools, communities, and future teams
